Our steel structure residential division bears the sacred mission of "leading the transformation of residential construction". In 1999, a dedicated agency was established to research and develop steel structure residential systems, successfully forming a mature steel structure residential product system. In 2003, the division applied for and was authorized an invention patent for steel structure housing.
In 2010, the division was approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a national housing industrialization base of steel structure with independent intellectual property rights and a complete supporting system, establishing a solid position as an industry pioneer. In 2017, the division was recognized as one of the first batch of national assembled construction industrial bases.

Over the years, substantial expertise has been amassed in the manufacturing and construction of light steel engineering. Advanced equipment has been adopted, including double arc double wire door welding machines powered by premium American Lincoln power systems and slag welding machinery from international manufacturers.
Steel truss formwork involves a three-dimensional plate welding process for floor steel bars, factory-processed into plates and paired with galvanized pressure steel plates. Through detailed construction and application design, the formwork system and steel merge seamlessly, easily bearing the weight of wet concrete and live loads during construction.
Boards can be directly laid on beams at construction sites, allowing for straightforward steel engineering before pouring concrete. Our production lines utilize premier steel truss formwork setups, ensuring top-tier quality and the flexible adjustment of critical processing equipment.
Our manufacturing facility boasts a state-of-the-art cladding system production line. By incorporating leading strip machines, we ensure a seamless and synchronized completion of the automatic production processes, including high precision punching and expert molding techniques.
