1Automatic Pan Feeding Line System

There is a pan feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which controls motors on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Components of Pan Feeding Line System:

2Automatic Nipple Drinking Line System

This system provides fresh and clean water for poultry, which is crucial for optimal growth. The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degrees, helping young birds start well and making drinking easier.

Nipple Drinking Line System

Components of Nipple Drinking Line System:

(1) Nipple: 360-degree action triggering. Made of POM and stainless steel. Double-sealed with cone valve. Good sealing effect and strong stability.

(2) Pipe:

  • Square water pipe: Adopts 22x22 pure raw material PVC square tube. Reduces the growth of bacteria and moss.
  • Round water pipe: Plasson type, Aluminum alloy support, more corrosion-resistant, smooth water flow, snap-in installation.

(3) Regulator (One/Two outlets): Integrated pressure regulation, recoil, and water level display. Easy operation and quick response. Internal valve made of soft, anti-aging raw material.

(4) Water drip cup (One/Two arms): Hollow designed water cup is stable.

(5) Lift winch: Gear after wear-resisting and strength processing. Surface sprayed for durability and aesthetic appearance.

(6) Filter: Main function is to clean water and avoid blocking nipples.

(7) Doser/Medicator: Precise metering for all flow rates. High dosing range and high flow rates. Long service life, high operational safety, and selective spare parts kits for rapid replacement.
